Add sugar to Luke warm water and dissolve it properly, Now add dry yeast and keep a side covered for 5 to 7 minutes.
Sift flour with salt and add butter or oil to it. Make a soft dough from yeast water. Add additional water if needed. Cover with wet cloth and give rest for 3 to 4 hours.
After that knead the dough for 2 to 3 minutes with the help of dry refined flour.
Our pizza dough is ready to make pizza base. Make equal sized balls from it and roll the base with the help of dry flour.
Tips:
It will take 10 to 15 minutes in O.T.G. at 180` while pre heated.
For soft base pizza spread pizza sauce, cheese and toppings at the time of baking the base.
