Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 grams self rising flour - refined flour


  • 25 Grams dry yeast


  • 1/2 table spoon butter or oil


  • 1/2 tea spoon sugar Salt to taste


  • 1/2 table spoon chilli flacks


  • 1/2 table spoon oregano


  • 1/2 cup Luke warm water

Directions

  • Add sugar to Luke warm water and dissolve it properly, Now add dry yeast and keep a side covered for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Sift flour with salt and add butter or oil to it. Make a soft dough from yeast water. Add additional water if needed. Cover with wet cloth and give rest for 3 to 4 hours.
  • After that knead the dough for 2 to 3 minutes with the help of dry refined flour.
  • Our pizza dough is ready to make pizza base. Make equal sized balls from it and roll the base with the help of dry flour.
  • Tips: It will take 10 to 15 minutes in O.T.G. at 180` while pre heated. For soft base pizza spread pizza sauce, cheese and toppings at the time of baking the base.
